1. Service Scope and License

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on supported devices in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
• The app is released through App Store, Google Play, and other compliant marketplaces for global users.
• All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by us and our licensors.

2. Monetization Model Disclosure (IAA and IAP)

2.1 IAA (In-App Advertising)

• The app may contain ads provided by third-party advertising and mediation partners.
• You agree that ad content may be displayed in app open, rewarded video, interstitial, and banner formats.
• Tampering with, bypassing, injecting, auto-clicking, or maliciously blocking ad systems is a breach of these terms.

2.2 IAP (In-App Purchases)

• Virtual items, subscription benefits, and in-app credits are digital licenses and do not have real-world cash value unless required by law.
• All purchases are processed via store billing channels (for example Apple/Google).
• Refund requests are handled through the relevant store channels. Unless required by law, consumed virtual goods are non-refundable.

3. User Conduct Rules

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits.
• Exploit bugs, scripts, bots, automation, or vulnerabilities to obtain unfair virtual benefits or disrupt monetization systems.
• Interfere with security controls, anti-fraud systems, telemetry integrity, or app operations.
• Publish unlawful, obscene, abusive, infringing, privacy-violating, or harmful content through community or feedback channels.
• Use the app in violation of sanctions, export controls, or applicable local regulations.

4. Account, Access, and Suspension

• You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account where account systems exist.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when there is suspected abuse, fraud, policy violation, legal risk, or platform-enforced restriction.
• We may also remove or restrict features to comply with legal obligations or store policy updates.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

• Ads, attribution modules, and analytics services may rely on third-party providers.
• Third-party content is provided by third parties; we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of external offers.
• Your interactions with third-party products or services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or universal compatibility across all devices and networks.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

• The app, trademarks, visual assets, source code, product logic, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

8. Compliance With Privacy, Age, and Data Safety Policies

• Use of our app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including age safeguards and consent controls.
• For minors and age-restricted jurisdictions, certain features (including personalized ads) may be limited or disabled.
• We maintain app-marketplace declarations such as Privacy Nutrition Labels and Data Safety entries and may update app behavior to stay compliant.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

• You may request account deletion through in-app options where available or through our contact channels.
• After deletion, associated virtual items may become permanently unavailable and cannot be restored except where required by law.
• Certain records may remain for legal, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and dispute handling purposes as legally permitted.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
• Parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation for any dispute.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration, unless mandatory local law provides another required forum.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms due to legal, technical, or operational updates. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
